Press Registration Information

Registration for the 2009 Africa Water Week, November 9-13, has commenced.

Journalists who comply with the requirements for registration will receive accreditation to cover the event. A response e-mail with a reference number confirming the outcome of the registration application will be sent through in due course. (Please bring the confirmation reference number with you to the registration desk to facilitate the registration process.)

Please note that double registration for different capacities (e.g. press and delegates or press and exhibitor) will not be permissible. The accreditation does not cover other costs associated with travel, accommodation, meals etc.

ACCREDITATION

Please note that accreditation can only be issued on the basis of your provision of your National or International Press Card or an official confirmation of your employment with a company in the media sector. (Once the registration is approved please scan and upload your Press Card or letter confirming appointment by a media institution, using the online registration system)

Online registrations

Please note, that the on-line registration facility for the 2nd Africa Water Week is now CLOSED.

However, registrations will still be processed at the venue. On your arrival at the Gallagher Convention Centre, please report to the Registration table where the conference organizers will gladly process your registration and provide the necessary registration references.
