Booking Instructions
1. Click on the Bookings/Email link of the Hotel of choice.
2. Capture your specific booking requirements in the email at send to the Hotel.
3. Please note: Some Hotels offer accommodation from 7th-14th November 2009, therefore please make sure you specify the exact dates of Arrival/Departure.
4. A Hotel Booking Reference Number will automatically be inserted into the emails subject line. Please make a note of this number and quote it in all future accommodation communication/correspondence.
