[2009-08-06] The original documents were in WordPerfect 6.0, sprinkled with non-standard WP fonts. These are now rarely installed on users' computers, and even when they are present some PDF readers (e.g. Adobe) do not detect them. If you experience "font not found" problems with your PDF reader please try installing the non-copyright version of the WP font set WPFONTS.EXE and using an alternative PDF reader. We have experienced these font problems with Adobe Reader version 7 and 9 but not with Foxit Reader version 3. If anyone has a solution, please let us know!

Warning :

Some guideline tables are inconsistent in the use of the decimal comma "," and point ".".
