| The X4 sub
region is the smallest of the four sub regions of the X region. The
drier northern parts of the X4 region are drained by the Nwanedzi River and its
largest tributary, the Sweni River. The wetter Southern part is drained by
the Nwaswitsontso River and its tributaries. The whole area is situated in
the lowveld near the Mozambique border.
There is no industrial or residential development in this sub region since almost all of it lies in the Kruger National Park |
